Who should we empathize on?

Collective Living Space to Communal Living, or Co-Living as it's now called.

Who should we empathize on what kind of people we should focus. In my research from other country San Francisco Bay Area that what Derek Dunfield wanted to explain is Communal Living is bringing different culture, race and type of people together to form a stronger social networking.

In Communal Living it's not just living in a room and doing nothing. This co-founder of the house makes the living of Communal Living more interesting and livelier. They live together, host events. They had Hackathons, Salons, and concerts. Because all were professionals in architect, a tech entrepreneur and work in maor's office. They once a month come together and cooks a huge meal together. These create better interaction and time well spent. The most important is creating community.

From my point of view. Communal Living is a good opportunity to getting know new people, their background and it’s create a larger social networking to benefit each one another. It’s not about being poor and not rich to stay in a Communal Living. It makes the living more fun and excitement each day rather just work and home daily with no new expectation of yourself.
"Food is a core component of what we do, and it's really easy way to unite people, '' Jessy Schingler (Right) Says of Co-Living home she co-founded in San Francisco.

Collective Living Space

The first thought I had for Collective Living Space was family; people collect things and share with one another. But the main purpose of collective living space was share house and group sharing. People will think sharing with one another will be troublesome because of privacy and own spaces. But on a smaller scale some people would find it more accessible and the relationship with one another would be more strong. After all, its our choice wheather we want to share in a living space. Animals are also part of our living family spaces. In Singapore there are pet regulation for the space limit in a house. For example we have to register a license for pet living with us. Same as us human we have to register a license to buy our own house.
